The organization structure for the first conference on recent advances and future trends in automotive industry is portrayed in figure below. The Policy committee, consisted of elites in industry and academia, specifies the conference goals both in national and international scale. Different subjects in automotive industry will be reviewed by sub-committees according to conference main topics. The scientific committee of conference is in charge of all academic aspects of conference like paper submission, review and publish in relevant journals. The executive committee is responsible for holding this event and managing affairs before, during and in the interim until next conference. The communication committee will be coordinating the work among other committees due to the variety of automotive fields and is responsible for broadcasting conference news to attendees.
